Refund Terms
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 5 days before your order delivery or event date for a complete refund
- Partial Refund: Cancel 5-7 days prior and receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees
- No Refund: Cancellations within 5 days of delivery are non-refundable

Need to adjust your timing? We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your schedule. Reschedule your order at least 72 hours in advance with a $35 rescheduling fee.
